Shipping Policy

Items are shipped typically in 1-3 days from time purchased.

If you chose not to have item shipped & are local to the Syracuse, NY area arrangements can be made for a pickup at our store.

We use Fed Ex, UPS & USPS 

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the time it takes the mail service to deliver the package to you & cannot give a guaranteed final date. 

Only ship to the United States.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund/store credit or exchange for same item if available*. Please see below for more information on our return policy.*

RETURNS:
*All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the purchased date. All returned items must be in new & unused condition, with all the original tags & labels attached. 
*No returns on any of the Electronic Departments or Electronic Items.
*No Returns on any of the Health Departments or Makeup
*No refunds on food products. 
Buyer pays for shipping.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at Tribalrat00@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided and mail your return to the following address:
